Blairsville – for the second time!
What a wonderful weekend spent in Blairsville. The second time this month that we were able to head up to the North Georgia Mountains.
This time we spent the weekend with Courtney’s parents – they headed up for a week of vacation. Their mountain rental was high up a mountain on a steep and very narrow road. The view was beautiful!
The kids loved the house, along with the air hockey and pool tables.
Saturday morning, we headed down the mountain to Blairsville’s Farmers Market and helped to support the local community.
That evening it was time to head back to our friends’ house – Jack and Karen. We were able to visit with them for a short time the weekend prior. This time, we were able to have a proper visit along with a walk around their neighborhood.
Aunt Karen treated us to a delicious dinner and humongous slice of dessert! The kids will forever love her for that! (And Uncle Jack’s portions.)
Look – a family picture! And I’m in it.
