He’s so proud! Read 10 books, has his picture on the library bulletin board AND got a rubber duck.

What more could you ask for?

Not only has he read those 10 books, but he remembers/comprehends them.

Each book has to be read three times each. Then he takes an AR (Accelerated Reader) test on the computer. Reading, comprehension and computer skills. Love it! (Not to mention responsibility, determination and stick-with-it-ness.)
